These terms govern alopromos.com and the email ledger published by Alo Promos OÜ, Roseni 7, 10111 Tallinn, Estonia. Reading the site or receiving the ledger means you accept them. If you do not, stop reading and unsubscribe — no hard feelings.
What this publication is
Alo Promos is an editorial desk. We record when seasonal retail campaign windows open, how long they run, and when they close. We are not a shop, a broker, or an agent for any merchant. We sell nothing, hold no stock, take no orders, process no payments, and are not party to any transaction you enter into after reading us.
Dates and accuracy
Every window on the ledger is recorded from published merchant announcements, seasonal trade notices, and our own checks. We take reasonable care and we correct errors in the next issue, naming the mistake. But windows move: a merchant can shorten one, extend it, exhaust the stock behind it, or withdraw it without notice, and any of that can happen after we have gone to press. Treat what you read as our record at time of publication, not a guarantee of what you will find today.
Codes, references, and merchant terms
Where an issue carries a reference code, it is reproduced as the merchant published it. The merchant sets the conditions — eligibility, categories, minimum spend, duration, and whether it can be combined with anything else — and those conditions govern, not our summary of them. A code that has expired, been withdrawn, or been restricted is a matter between you and the merchant. We cannot honour, reinstate, extend, or refund anything, because it was never ours to issue.
Links to other sites
Issues and pages link to merchants and other third parties. Those sites are outside our control and have their own terms and privacy practices, which you should read. A link is a pointer to something we wrote about — never an endorsement, a warranty, or a promise about what you will find, how you will be treated, or what a thing will cost.
Referral arrangements
Some windows carry a referral arrangement under which this desk is paid if a reader follows a link. Where one applies, the issue says so in its terms line. It buys no influence over the ledger: a window earns its place by having published dates and covering a genuine season, and we have written up windows that pay us nothing. It never changes the price you are shown.
The ledger and your subscription
Subscription is free and there is no fixed publishing day — an issue goes out when a window opens, and not otherwise. A quiet inbox means a quiet calendar. Every issue carries a working unsubscribe link at the foot; we can also remove you on request. We may close a subscription at our discretion, for example where an address bounces repeatedly or is used to abuse the desk.
Using this site properly
You may read, print, and share our pages, and quote short passages with attribution and a link. You may not republish issues wholesale, scrape the ledger at scale, resell our records, present our work as your own, use our name or masthead to imply we endorse you, or try to break, overload, or gain unauthorised access to the site. All text, layout, and design on this site belong to Alo Promos OÜ; merchant names belong to their owners and are used only to report on their campaigns.
Liability
The site and the ledger are provided as they are. To the fullest extent the law permits, we are not liable for loss arising from a window closing early, a code failing, a date being wrong, a purchase disappointing you, or the site being unavailable. Nothing here limits liability we cannot lawfully limit, and nothing in these terms affects the statutory rights of a consumer under Estonian or EU law.
Changes, law, and getting in touch
We may revise these terms; the effective date above changes when we do, and material changes are noted in the next issue. Estonian law governs them, and the courts of Tallinn have jurisdiction, without prejudice to any consumer right to bring a claim where you live. Questions, complaints, and corrections go to contact@alopromos.com. We reply within two working days.
